Meet the Team

Matt Anders
Matt's multifaceted background includes extensive experience in marketing, business development, data analysis and project management. Having spent time both working for and as a consultant to large, small and mid-sized organizations, his understanding of interdepartmental nuances allows him to put strategies and procedures in place to accelerate organizational growth. His time in the security industry has included establishing growth plans for multinational customers serving several unique vertical landscapes, specifically those that involve nuanced data management practices.
In his spare time, Matt tries to spend as much time outdoors as he can whether it be golfing, hiking, or getting way too excited for rec league basketball games. He also is an art aficionado, having spent time as a film critic for several years.

Lindsey Thayer
With experience event planning in the restaurant industry and account management in B2B organizations, Lindsey has always had a 'client first' focus. She brought that focus to her role as Business Development Manager for the country's largest security and hardware distributor. Through her ability to build relationships, create customer-centric solutions and establish internal standard operating procedures with the client's best interest in mind, she was able to grow several multi-million dollar partnerships across the commercial security space.
Lindsey has a great affinity for all animals and loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking with her beloved pit bull. From a young age she's had an interest in photography, and loves spending time with friends and family, cooking, reading and listening to almost any genre of music.
